Kyle Bailey

Kyle Bailey, a seasoned professional in the construction industry specializing in commercial and residential projects, established Bailey's Salon Suites in Phoenix. Motivated by his father's construction legacy and their shared passion for creating something meaningful together, Kyle transitioned into the salon suites business. Despite the tragic loss of his father, Kyle remained steadfast in continuing their shared vision of opening a salon and continuing the construction company. Through determination and hard work, Kyle obtained his contractor's license and successfully completed the construction of Bailey's Salon Suites. With a vision to expand Bailey's Salon Suites to other cities, Kyle aims to continue his passion for building dreams while providing a space for beauty professionals in salon suites. Kyle's journey exemplifies his resilience, dedication to growth, and unwavering commitment to realizing his and his father's dreams on a larger scale in the beauty industry.

Rachel Quinto

With a background as a licensed cosmetic tattoo artist and a distinguished permanent makeup educator based in San Diego, Rachel brings a unique and comprehensive skill set to the forefront of the beauty and tattoo landscape. Her journey is marked by a solid foundation in commercial leasing, particularly in the shared office space sector, where she served as a Regional Sales Manager overseeing 8-10 centers comprising of individual entrepreneurs and enterprise clients across the nation. Rachel's expertise extends to multi-family residential leasing, encompassing mid to high-rise buildings from 300 - 800 units. Throughout her professional trajectory, Rachel has been dedicated to managing sales teams to create collaborative and empowering spaces, while driving buildings to full occupancy through her strategic leasing initiatives. Rachel Quinto is the owner and operator of AVO Brows and Beauty, a luxury cosmetic tattoo studio and training academy located in the heart of Mission Valley in San Diego.

Katie distinguished herself in commercial real estate, particularly in the shared space sector. As a leader, she spearheaded a national sales team, successfully leasing office spaces to full occupancy. Driven by a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, Katie transitioned into the retail beauty sector, where she led a national team for an international beauty service provider. Here, she honed her expertise in creating thriving business environments while fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Today, as the Co-Founder of Kenshō Collective, Katie brings together her extensive knowledge of commercial real estate and her deep understanding of the beauty industry. Her vision for providing a safe and empowering workplace for cosmetic and beauty service providers reflects her commitment to supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs.
